I grew up on the dog world and the buidling industry. I started working at my dad's
Architectural/Plumbing/Construction and Contracting Company in high
school, doing everything from accounts payable/pay roll to marketing, designing/writing
the newsletter and print ads. His guidance influenced me and shaped my
convictions in business and work principles. My dad's high standards and
beliefs in how his Corporation should be ran and what he was trying to achieve,
made me aware early on in life the importance of your client and good business
practices.
I took those lessons in the correct way to treat customers that I learned from
him, with me throughout my life. And I always remember that no matter what
field you may pursue professionally, if you are lacking the basic principles of
good client care you will fail.
I exceed expectations in my service to my employer, the public, as well as
multimillion dollar accounts.

From Management, to a Customer Service Lead
to a Corporate Care Supervisor I was hands on in being able to
make use of people’s skills to our benefit, and in the place that worked well
for the individual, the team and the company. And with my inert ability to read
people, being able to see what they need and provide it I was a top seller with
large bonuses and awards, rare for a Supervisor.
I bring a non judgmental caring approach to teaching, guidance and fostering a fun vibrant yet achievement driven atmosphere in my Management style. I love the challenge! I thrive on driving ideas, solving problems, creating success, seeing results, a productive happy team and a satisfied client. This culminates in a very profitable and prosperous company.
I taught Care Agents how to
increase our sales by providing what our customers needed. I showed them
Marketing was not about making sales, but was to better our customer’s value
verses cost. That helped a lot of agents feel less like telemarketers and more
like problem solvers. And many become top performers.
I am a high energy over achiever! A born teacher and where I lead others follow. I take those roles very seriously and I have a genuine fondness for coworkers and always garnered respect and affection from the people I have worked with. I am a natural motivator and where I plant my flag others rally around to be a part of it- be it a Marketing campaign to company ideals, to sales. I fire up the desire to sign on for it!
I am a team player easy to focus and never bring my ego to the office or to a project we are working on. Instead I use the varied amounts of real world experience and talents I possess to see to it that I cross all my T's and dot all my I's in taking care of customers and company needs. My diverse background is a big plus in Marketing Research and in getting results! That broad scope and dexterity to fit into any venue brings a well rounded perspective to our client and team care and a rare advantage to the professional world.
As a published author, with my ability to draft customer/business marketing
correspondence, web page content to writing up procedures, as well as my
aptitude for the written word in general. Anything I represent by print/online
media is always in high demand, or outline is easily understandable and
embraced for the clear manner in which I convey information.
With my gift for the spoken word, and my capacity for connecting with people I
have always been able to create solid relationships that are of great asset to
my company, or whatever organization I am involved with, my customer, my team
and myself .

honesty, dependability and quality where I lend my name precedes me. My work
ethic is impeccable and my standards earned me citations and bonuses in Customer
Service as well as a Supervisor.
My devotion to company
and goals is unyielding and I excel as the head of, or part of a team, or on my
own. From support staff to Manger I have done it all. And have often worn both
hats at the same time.
However I have just
completed my Bachelors in Business Management and expect to grow even further
with this added education.
